What is TNCKG?
TNCKG is a pre-launch Nordic food-brand and operating platform being developed to create, operate and scale independent food brands through centralized production infrastructure.
Is TNCKG currently operational?
TNCKG is currently in its pre-launch and validation phase. Oslo Hub 01 and the FoodHouse consumer platform are under development.
What is Oslo Hub 01?
Oslo Hub 01 is TNCKG's planned first Nordic production hub and proof market. It is being designed to support multiple independent food brands through shared professional infrastructure and operating standards.
What is FoodHouse?
FoodHouse is TNCKG's planned customer-facing marketplace and direct-ordering platform. It is designed around multiple brands, one basket and coordinated delivery.
Is TNCKG a traditional ghost kitchen?
No. TNCKG's planned model is based on centrally operated hubs under shared management, recipes, training, food-safety procedures and quality standards rather than unrelated third-party restaurants producing the brands.
What is a Brand Owner?
A Brand Owner is a creator, entrepreneur, personality or restaurant partner developing an independent food brand together with TNCKG.
Must a Brand Owner invest in TNCKG?
No. Building a brand through TNCKG and investing in TNCKG are separate opportunities governed by separate agreements.
How will TNCKG control food quality?
The planned model uses centralized production, trained teams, controlled recipes, shared procurement, food-safety procedures and common quality standards.
Where will TNCKG launch first?
Oslo is the intended first proof market. Additional Nordic cities remain subject to successful validation of the Oslo model.
