How The Nordic Cloud Kitchen Group collects, uses and protects personal information submitted through our website, applications and enquiries.
Who we are
The Nordic Cloud Kitchen Group (“TNCKG”, “we”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@tnckg.com.
What the creator application collects
When you submit a creator application, we collect the answers you provide:
- Your identity and contact details: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and country/city.
- Your public creator profile: primary platform, handle or profile link, approximate audience size, and any other links you choose to share.
- Information about your audience: which regions it is primarily located in, roughly how much of it is in your home market, its main age range, and whether you have worked with food or restaurant brands before.
- Your idea: what you would like to create, a short description of the concept, an optional working brand name, desired launch timing, how you would like to be involved, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Your consent choices: whether you gave the required consent to have your application processed, whether you separately opted in to marketing updates, and the date and time each choice was recorded.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data or confidential information belonging to third parties.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
The primary purpose is evaluating your application and responding to you. We use your answers to understand who you are, who you can reach and what food brand might be built together, and to contact you about your application.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the application. Marketing updates rely on a separate, optional consent — you can submit an application without agreeing to marketing, and we never treat the required application consent as permission to market to you.
How your data is stored and protected
Applications are submitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a private backend database. They are never written to public files, and the application data is not readable from the website itself. Access requires separate administrative credentials that are not part of the public site.
Who can access application data
Only authorised TNCKG personnel who need it to evaluate and respond to applications. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Providers that host our website and database process data on our instructions in order to operate the service. If we later add any further processor, or transfer personal data outside the EEA, we will update this policy to state that clearly before doing so.
How long we keep it
We keep applications only as long as necessary for the purpose above — to assess your application and, where relevant, to continue a conversation with you about it — and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to. We have not set a fixed retention period; you can request deletion at any time and we will act on it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Withdrawing consent, and access, correction or deletion requests
Email info@tnckg.com and tell us what you would like — for example “delete my application”, “send me a copy of my data”, “correct my details” or “stop sending me updates”. Use the email address you applied with where possible so we can find your record.
Withdrawing consent stops further processing and, for an application, means we delete it. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your application, and withdrawing application consent does not require you to do anything else.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Only technically necessary storage required to serve the site is used. If we later introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as TNCKG develops. Material changes affecting how we use application data will be reflected here.
